AK-Scope + Anaconda Adv

You people are alike, freaking lucky D;
All I got are
DE-C, AUG-C, MSG
D;
Alike, the DE-C was spent like, 50k on, AUG randomly, just cause I needed some coupons, and happened to get the weapon too xD
And MSG cause I was feeling lucky
But..
I spent OVER NINE THOUSAAANDD (atleast over 200k) gp on anaconda adv, and still didnt get it D;
Same deal with M4A1 Custom.
