Not recieving Gp crates from BP Mall

Recently I've bought 6 crates with bp on the website. Once i checked ingame, i didnt have them in my storage. Help plz?

Go to black market -> owned crates.

if its not there then Z8 is slow i made a thread about it i brought 20k gp with 2880 ZP and its not displaying in In game about 2 days ago now give it a few days and if its not there still send a support ticket.

give them until monday if not send a support ticket i am because ive sent a support ticket to GM Saiden no reply... Missing my 20k GP
