Your threads are locked because they've been replied to, to an extent that means they'll only be spammed if further posts are allowed.
I already told you how to properly contact the people affected, as making threads, especially today, will have no effect.

Nice hypocrisy of spamming the forum with posts crying about spammers. I approve.
