Yes I first broke the story here: Z8 website hacked
However it's been hacked for a while, I think I discovered it be chance as I normally go to http://www.z8games.com (unhacked) but typed z8games.com in my browser and got http://z8games.com (hacked)
The site must have been hacked for a while look at this:
Hurricane Internet Services (Shows cached page of the hacked page)
Now look at the very bottom of that page the date says they took the cached image on "Updated 11/06/2010 06:01 PST © 2010 Hurricane Electric" that proves it's been hacked for some time, possibly even well before 11/06/2010. -

How do I generate a log file?
* If you have not already done so download and install HijackThis from TrendSecure: http://test.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis/download
* Once installed open HijackThis by clicking Start > Programs > HijackThis and click the button labeled "Do a system scan only"
* Click the scan button in the lower left hand corner of the interface and HijackThis will quickly scan your system.
* Once the scan is complete the scan button will now read "save log". Click this button to save the log file to your PC. Once you select where you would like to save the file it will open in your systems default text editor. Typically this application is Notepad. -

I checked the code on the webpage and there was no drive-by downloads or anything, it purpose was rather just 'bragging' and letting everyone know that they managed to compromise the security.
Other than that it said you account is closed "turned off", just scaring kids...
