well z8 hs be slow updating it recently so you will get it wait 1-3 days but you must of had the 200zp from the start anyway you will get it be patient.

I use to get them no problem just recently there experiencing issues, there was a bulletin stating they had some problems.

Just report not received and work with them maybe they will get it fixed soon.
reporting it and bring attention to the issues.
