What position should my character be in while firing the AK-47?

Okay, so yeah. I can perfectly control the AK series and rather like it, but a problem I have, alas, is moving targets. A moving target=Moving crosshair sideways=not being able to pull your crosshair down in order to control the recoil. Also, what your views on standing still or crouching? I also heard you should strafe and tap. That doesn't sound very good and will be me killed because I'm not firing quickly enough.

At long range you need to double tap/single shot/burst (if you can).

Medium range CAN be sprayable if you've had some practice.

Close range = them dying.

Strafe when engaging far targets and double tap. Medium and Close ranges they're dead too fast to think about it.

Aim for head, do a small strafe, if you small strafe it does not affect your accuracy at all, and just burst 2-3 shots.

Yes, if you can control the spray short and med range all you need to do is stand still when spraying (Maybe a little strafing). Long range 2-3 shot bursts at the chest (the ak's recoil shoots upward so aiming for the chest and with the recoil should get you a headshot). Long range stand still and burst, strafe a little, then stay still again and take another burst.

dont stand still keep moving. just leard how the aim and how to control the recoil. the ak in my opinon is one of the easy guns 2 control. if u can't use the m4 than. a moving target is like a standing target if u can aim.

Yeah, strafe since the AK is more accurate shiftwalking than standing still.

i spray short-mid range,doesnt matter if i stand still,run,walk or strafe they will die. Long range-just keep strafing and 1 tapping i feel is best. Or even better,e.g. in A long blackwidow,turn around and go to A via cat!!! back to AK spraying

Single Shot
Preaim a lil infront of them and shoot when they run into your crosshair

Some people might know me for asking which gun I should choose between k2 and Tar-21.

I felt that the recoil of the AK-47 went up, however I think it is due to my period of time in which I was using a Aug. (Low as recoil)

Now that I've "rehabbed" to the AK-47, I've fallen in love with it again. I think the best strategy for using this awesome rifle is to strafe. I've noticed that the gun doesn't lose accuracy when you move sideways just a little bit but enough to get the enemy a hard time hitting you. (Having a wall close to you is always helpful. I often strafe near a wall to have cover and better chances of surviving.)

Also, I've noticed another strange fact. Whenever I shift walk with any AK-47 (silver, gold, knife, etc.) The crosshair gets tighter. Does that mean that the rifle is more accurate while shift walking than while standing still?

Um... I would say spray for short-medium range and single shot for long range. Don't just stand still. Side step when using AK for long range and run straight at your target for short-medium range.

mems, im disappointed in this thread, LOL im sure you're better than this and take advice from these ak amateurs lol jkjk,

3 shot burst
maintaining the crosshair near the ribs, the 3 shots gives you slight recoil that can get the headshot, if not, aim lower, 4shots bursts to the chest.

But there's a recoil, it's very hard to aim for the head with the AK 47 -Knife xD
