Your take on hacking clans...remade

Well, I was recently in an S&D scrim verse <censor> today. It was a 4v5, since one of ours d/c'd before the game finished loading. First half we started to notice something fishy with one of the other clans players. After the second half I saved the replay and later looked it over. This is what I saw:

Now, after I saw the replay I thought <censor username> must have been a new recruit, because why would a clan keep a hacker in it. So I decided to look up <censor clan> clan. To my surprise <censor username> is in fact a high clan point member.

Now the leader of the clan scorpio00, and another high clan point member <censor> were also in the scrim. Which has led me to believe that they know about <censor> hacking, because it was very blatant hacking, 360's and all that jazz...So my questions to you, the Crossfire gaming community is as follows:

1. What do you think about clans the are a safe harbor for "hackers"?

2. If at anytime you found out that one of your clan members was hacking would you allow it to continue, even if said person is a friend of yours?

3. Does the fact that <censor> being a foreign clan has anything to do with it's general lax attitude towards hackers in their clan? (what I mean by this is, do you think because there is a small amount of people who speak their language and are apart of their culture, is the reason why they don't disown them for their flaws, and continue as a minority.)

PS: I reported <censor> already, and this is not at all a flame thread. there...Everything is censored...just like Dot wanted...re-making the thread like he told me to...
