Not getting ZP despite Super Rewards word

Super Rewards has awarded me for 1404ZP and 4764ZP because I overturned previous survey results via customer service. I'm pretty trusting of their customer service as it has come through for me in the past. They said for both amounts of ZP that they did complete the transactions and that if I have yet to see them I should contact Z8 about it. I tried sending in a support ticket but I'm sure Z8 won't respond. I've had 939ZP in my bank since last night and it has yet to change. I don't know if this has something to do with your servers being down but it would really suck if I didn't get the ZP.

Help?

Dude my friends too have the same problem, maybe a generally problem, i think a few day later fixed this problem.

I honestly never get rewards from the free Zp offers...just junk mail....LOTS OF JUNKMAIL AND EMAIL SPAM.

happened to me and z8 games gave me the zp
i attached a screenshot and they rewarded me

Sometimes you have to hound them

I Finally got a bulk of my recent owed ones, You just have to continuously respond and don't be an idiot with them.
The people who view the complaints are use to dealing with scammers etc and are just workers not shot callers so to speak.

my current balance as of this morning was 21000+ from completed rewards.
Don't be discouraged just stay on them and do a couple more while you wait.

DO BE CAREFULL, read the description and understand that you will get spy ware from most of the downloads, be sure you know how to remove what you get once you disable your anti virus because its not just a virus scan away from gone

They even gave me the numbers of the transactions. I believe the problem is on Z8's end.

Problem solved, logged on and I had received my ZP. No word from Z8 or Super Rewards so I guess it was just server delay.

A mod can close this now.
