Well when ur in game u press scrool lock + X then in the under left corner u will see a pencil i think click and then choose fps display overlay

Default key combination i think it's scroll lock E, there you can edit what you want to see on your screen, from time, FPS even the voice chat (like it's seen on the right side of hes screen), there you can even move and re size each one. All this while ingame.
