seriously tho, if youre withink 48 hours they should let you swap, it's their policy, but you only get to make the mistake once

i just recoverd this acount from being stolen and he used my coupons on aug camo! i sent in a ticket asking if i could swap for custom. but idk if the 48 hors thing applies to me cause i didnt make the exchange he did. also he sold all my weaps and used all of 6800 bp.
