Refund the coupons?

I've seen some threads and replies saying that i can get my coupon refund if i send a support ticket in? true or waste of time?

I've sent a support ticket... no reply.
There's a thread somewhere around here where if you post your IGN you should get your coupons back.

Well , the dev's can't go around and replying to every ticket.
Z8 is actually "helpful" because they give a chance of refund. Other companies don't even give a fk as long as they got the money. P.s. Too bad it's only 1 opportunity.
