THEY SAID NO TO THIS A BILLION TIMES. THEY'RE NOT LICENSED TO MAKE SERVERS IN OTHER PLACES JUST IN NORTH AMERICA OR THE UK BECAUSE IT WASN'T INTENDED FOR ANY OTHER PLACES.
Go use the search button and stop making these threads that have no possibility of happening. -

They should get licensed for a Brasilian server (if at all possible), BR's are all over CF, BR's support CF by buying ZP and if CF doesn't want to improve the service for these people and doesn't give a damn about them, then just IP restrict them so others don't have to have a bad gaming experience.
Even putting a server close to Brasil but in a licensed area would help them and enable Z8 to stay within the terms of the license agreement. -
We can not release a server in South America.
The only solution would be a server in the south of US, but there are no plans of that, to my knowledge.
The amount of ZP you have purchased personally is irrelevant, as it doesn't come close to the amount of money required to get a server set up.
Stop asking.
