ok so i cant play CF because of the HGW or wat ever like it goes to step 7 and my computer shuts down and the only way to play is to stop my virus scanner is it a good choice to disable but im afraid about viruses so should i disable to play?

as long as your not looking/dl'ing pr0nz or torrents or anything like that while playing CF, you should be safe with it off.

Most Anti-Viruses like AVG and Norton have a special feature called "Gamemode"
It protects your pc while you enjoy your game.
