ZP buying issue - help needed

Hi!

I'm trying to buy some ZP the past two days but it always shows me a message that in order to do it I have to be level 21 for Metin and level 6 for CrossFire. A guy told me that I need to wait for the system to update. I did but I still get the same message. I checked the ranks here - http://crossfire.z8games.com/guide_ranking_soldiers.aspx - and I am ranked Sergeant 1 in the moment which is the 6th level. Which rank is 6 in fact? I hope I don't have to rank up way too further because getting EXP is a real pain for me as I am kicked constantly.

P.S. Which are the good GM clans from EU?
