How about no?
With something like that everyone would be spraying like crazy without paying the price for it. Right now the sound of gunfire is a ghost's only advantage against sprayers. If you want your weapon to be silent, get a weapon with a suppressor. Can you imagine what it would be like to go up against a sprayer with an RPK Camo, that can pin point your location while blasting off half his drum at you?
