No German flag name tag!

Hey guys, I have a problem:
Just a couple of mins ago, I purchased the German Flag. On top of the page, it says "90 days flag name card+7 day soccer helmet"
I just received the soccer helmet, but NO name card
Do I have to activate it somewhere or is it just a problem that's not fixed yet?
