Connection has been delayed

Crossfire works while I'm roaming around the servers and game rooms, but once I join the game and wait for it to load.. It loads up to 50% and then disconnects me into the lobby saying "Connection has been delayed".

Now I've googled and searched for this problem but nothing is helping. I've tried re-installing, turning off firewall, restarting my comp, everything.

I have 2GB of ram. That's enough ram to play this game.

Help!!!!
