It's a trailer for a movie. The movie is not yet made, it's just a proof of concept trailer really. The trailer is being pitched to WB to try to get it made into a movie.

Well, it looks like they are taking the "Dark Knight" approach to remaking this Mortal Kombat movie, going from intergalactic travelers, aliens and gods to murderers, maniacs and circus freaks in the attempt to bring it closed to reality.

I seen this earlier, and I couldn't be anymore anxious. I haven't played since MK3 on SNES, but I was into it. And I like the fact that Scorpion will be the main character instead of Liu Kang. Reptile was my guy x) Hope they cast of a Princess Kitana!! #JustSaying

Scorpion has been my favorite MK character since I laid eyes on the game, and now he will be the most badass character in what may very well be an amazing movie. I am happy.

I'm not a fan of the newer Kombat games but the old ones for Sega and sh1t rocked. The old movies were alright not expecting much outta this one.
