It's Bonus points you get for buying ZP. You get 10% BP from whatever ZP you bought.
Example :P
10,000 ZP-1,000 BP
20,000 ZP-2,000 BP and so on.
You can buy stuff with it in this section of the mall.

You could buy the Human Target or Mutant Target spray for 30 days, or you could save them up for something big like the AK-Silver (6,900 BP) or M4-Silver (8,900 BP). -

As this user stated, you can us "BP" points in the item mall for purchases. There is a special section for BP purchases
