A screen shot would be helpful.
Try reinstalling the game or downloading it from a different mirror.
Check that crossfire and gameguard are both on your exceptions list on your firewall.

Man you are playing in it this role like be moderator but you are not dude and i cant make a print screen because i cant upload her in Images Hack Or Photo Bucket I will not reinstall it dude LoL u suck

Many times this fix, unistall and install again crossfire. Better than formatting Pc.
And if you dont want to we dont help, just send a support ticket.

Unknown Software Exception is a known Bug, but its not sure, whats causing that Issue.
I think, the Developers are already working on a Solution.
So just wait for the next few patches, this should fix that Issue hopefully.. :rolleyes:
But like always, reinstalling might help, its a 50/50 Chance
