what clan chat method is better ?

so I've decided to set a chat room for my clan ,, yet I don't know which one do I choose .. I think ventrillo and team speak needs a host ip or something which is a bit risky .. so i was wondering if xfire can supply a team chat room since I never tried it before ?

any suggestions !

ventrilo.. trust me. Every clan I have been in uses it. Easy to use, simple, and processor light.

ye lol ventrilo barely takes up any system space, and sound quality aint bad

i like TS3 tho

but I think I have to provide my ip which will be known to others and that's not something I'd be happy with ..
I got this from vent site :

8) Click on the "Hostname or IP" input box and enter the server hostname or IP address given to you by the person hosting the server.

so can I provide only a host name instead of an ip ?

You yourself can provide a 10 **** thing to your clan with vent. And 100+ in ts2/3

Or you can buy a vent server for like $3 a month or something.

I like teamspeak three better than vent.
