clan member request error?

I have this problem, i assume is just some glitch, where its still showing I have 1 clan member request on my clan page. I've already accepted this person into the clan and they are in the clan list. however, when i click on the join request its still showing him there to approve or cancel the request. i try clicking approve and of course it says hes already in a clan, mine. and i dont want to attempt clicking cancel as im afraid it might remove him. can something be done about this?
