Auto-Team Balance

I'm so tired of joining a room and my team is all noobs and all the good players are on the other side.
And I die cuz I have like 3 ppl shooting me at once.
Auto Team balance would be nice just like in C.S ppl put it so noobs don't RQ the server.

But then how would I get on the team with a bunch of other awesome players and pwn the noobs on the other side?

You cant,
you just have to play fair.
what's the point of you having to die when half your team has left.
The honour status doesn't seem to convince ppl not to leave games.

Uhh dude the higher the rank the higher rate they will have better guns. More skill. Lots of people farm but I dont think that many. So the higher ranked side is very unfair especially if they got like M4-C and Ak-Golden
