How do you put a picture so everyone can see it, not your profile picture your piture that is when you make a thread or comment on a thread?

Click 'User CP' at the top left of the screen, along the menu bar. The go down to 'Edit Avatar' under 'Settings & Options'. Simply select a picture from your hard drive, which you'd like to use.

The file must be under 100x100 pixel resolution, and below 60kb in size. Use PhotoShop, Gimp, or Paint, to change the size of the file.
