No Gratis Pay Offers?

Hey everybody
Is it normal, that i dont have any offers at Gratis Pay?
There's standing "Unfortunately there are currently no offers available"
But at my friends account, there are a lot of offers :O

At the other categories, I've made all of the available offers, so i can't do some new ones

I hope you can help me
(Sorry for my english, I'm German)

Yeah, they don't update free offers too often... like once every few months $:\$

hmm .. well
Till Friday or Saturday evening I were able to see some offers, but at the next day, all offers were away and the text I posted is standing there now -.-'

I have same problem at Super Rewards, there's no Surveys, but yesterday there was a lot of them! On my friend's acc there's a lot of Survs...
