URL not available, .init not found

I can not remember the exact sentence. And I can not repeat it now, because i just reinstalled it before I make the screen shot.

It is something like URL.init not found. After splash screen and press start game, a pop up window tells that.

This is found in the current release. In previous version my avast works in the normal mode and complains nothing. In current version the avast has to work in game mode. This is annoying because before I adventured in the internet, I have to switch the mode.

Another annoying bug is about the installation of the xfire, even though I uncheck the box, xfire is still attempt to be installed.

Current solution is to reinstall the game each time computer restart. While after hibernation, crossfire runs at very low fps -- I have to restart the computer, while after that I have to reinstall.

windows xp with sp3
vostro 1400, core2 due 7250, 2G, 256M video
