Its obviously OP'd and has been confirmed as an error that will be fixed some time.

okay thats true.. but those guns are better than the xm8, if the xm8 box damage was reduced alot of people would switch to another gun because without that advantage that the xm8 has its not as good as other guns.

btw about .5% of the crossfire community uses g36k or mp5 (as their main gun) LOL so those arent really guns u should list ?

The guns specifically aren't important.

Anyway. Lots of gun lack the competitive edge towards some other guns - which is why AWM, AK and M4 is the most popular gun in every decent FPS game.

Of course people will be mad that the gun isn't 100% through boxes, as they were when every other gun got cut.
Can't really let that effect the decision of making a gun be on the same level as the others.

thats true but letting the xm8 have 100% damage through boxes is putting it on the same level as other guns, if u take that away then why not just use an m4 or an ak? theres no point to the xm8 then its just some normal gun noone uses competitively. its gonna be a gun were few people use.. just like ak 74, g36k, aug, tar, sg552, scar heavy, and the m16. So the xm8 is just gonna be as useless as these guns. thanks alot

I dont care, i dont need the box damage, me and my lil XM8 r good enough to kill before they can hide in a box and as soon as they show the head BANG HS!!!, i love that gun and wont stop using it.
