If it fired fast, what would make it not a noobcannon?

The fact that's it's ever so slightly heavier than other guns? Its stability allows you to shoot better on the move and cancels this out.

Yup, it would be considered as a "noob cannon."
I would still prefer an M4 over it since the K2's spray pattern is strange.

The damage is quite low for a rifle... So you will always need headshots for take the enemy down effective. Simply spraying isn't that good with K2.
