"Unable to load Itmsg.dll"?

I have a problem...
When i Start Crossfire after patch there are an Error
Unable to load Itmsg.dll pls help!

  Only thing to do is reinstall unless you can find a download for that dll over the internet.

  yea i agree, u should reinstall crossfire, a file is missing.
