Windowed Crossfire?

Can crossfire be played in a windowed mode? Like the menu can be windowed so why can't he game. If so, can you please tell me how.

Can't be PLAYED in windows mode no. Probably never will as if you alt tab out of game while in one, you get dc'd.

lawl ive done it before.
If your in windowed mode, try right clicking the game, and moving around before the match starts.
If your lucky, it glitches and stays window mode.

Because is a game. Is the same with MW 2. And, Bad Company 2.

This works for me most of the time, in the loading screen right click and click a few other buttons.

I know how...the only annoying thing is that the game is windowed on the top left corner of my screen.

When you're in game, press Alt+Tab and go to your Desktop. You might need something else open for Alt+Tab to work like a browser. Then, go to where you can choose your resolutions. If you use Win7 like me or Vista, just right click your desktop. Change the resolution to the max one you got, and done. Windowed. You might need to do this every time you get in a game if you want to play in window mode.

You can't move the game window neither. It gives you some extra FPS tho. About 5-15 FPS.

it would be great if there could be windowed mode cuz everytime i alt-tab , then alt-tab back, it lags for like 15-30 secs, but i don't d/c

There is a much easier way... Well for me there is. I just close the lid on my laptop for like 5 seconds then i reopen and after like 10 seconds it becomes windowed ^^
