try the game on lowest settings. dont change from 32bit colours to 16 though. itll look crap!

Still not working

But its something to do with the head of the players, because its invisible when i spectate.

The problems appears to come form the head of the players

Damn, I got this on my Fallout 3 when it got scratched. One of the dll files might be corrupted $:\$ try downloading a new version, after a clean uninstall.

Update video card drivers. Make sure to completely uninstall the one you're using right now though.
