Here's my logic.
Some randy has a bad day with a gun, say the AK47. He's just not nailing his lucky headshot spray. It's just after a patch, so he deducts it definitely can't be him sucking. It must be a nerf!
He posts on the forums. Others who are having bad days decide that supporting a nerf will cover up their own gaming inconsistencies.

im 100% sure the custom has been nerfed. they added +5 bullets and made it more shetty
not.. the custom still r4pes and the 5 bullets would still be worth the little if anything they nerfed it i still 3 to 4 shot body kill all the time. -
