The only real difference i see is the amount of GP you can win. Also some items exclusively sold to ZP buyers like EXP clan bags, muzzle flames, weapons.
GP crates: 100, 200, 500, 1000, 5000, 10000 1,000,000
ZP: 1000, 2000, 5000, 10000, 20000, 50000, 100000, 200000,1,000,000

ZP gives way more coupons which can lead to getting a good gun from exchange coupon bit!
ZP give more GP and alot more better things
and i believe ZP crates do have a better chance! -

20 crates and only 3 coupons?? aouch!! I had 4 deagle scope crates and became 5 coupons from it
