Is it legal for me to skin my own guns?

Ex: Changing the m4c skin to gold

Im just curious, cause i found the files where the guns are, and i know how to edit with GIMP

It's not illegal, it's just considered modding. Nobody else will see it, so it's fine.

I do the same with my sprays and name tags... Just somethin nice to look at... I think it would be fine...

Well i googled some programs to open the files, i wont be able to do it until monday though. Hopefully GIMP will let me edit the skins, it should work, and if it does ofcourse ill let ppl download SOME of them

You can open practically anything with GIMP. The picture viewer that comes with quicktime or realplayer will also let you view these particular files.

Yes i did it. I finally be able to skin my M4 to a silver skin.Found a tutorial on google.!!!!!!
FROM NOW ON I DONT NEED ZP ANYMORE!.
will pose pics later gotta go play.

Playing atm , nothing special with the new skin just some colored striped like the one in cod4.
