bad fps how to fix

i have bad fps in game like 50 and then it gets on 160 for a bit then fall dawn on 40 i have
ati radeon 5770 vapor x 1 gb ddr5 wind 7 4 gb ram and processor is dual core 2.8 pls answer me i cant play

z8 fails with all 5000 series i have ati 5750 1gb gddr5 and i got 40 fps my friend got 2 hd 5750 2gb gddr5 on CrossFire Mode and i7 processor he got with low graphics 60-70 fps.

in 1v1 i get 100-150 fps and 5v5 i get 70-100 fps and 8v8 is 40-60fps
im using intel core 2 quad with 2.66 ghz 8 gb ram

I got a Redeon HD 4850, a Dual celerom, 215-115 in game

We all know that CrossFire's engine isn't the best, so try using Gamebooster..
