raDicaL picking up team players

As much as I would love to type out a long thread that no one will read, I will leave it at this.

raDicaL is a new scrim clan I have created, I plan to stick with this team for a long time if it is successful, this will not be a typical 2 week clan that dies because of bad leadership.

Since making a team of 7-8 active players is asking a lot in crossfire, I have decided to leave the member cap at 15-20 so activity won't be an issue.

Currently I am working on getting a ventrilo server, but in the mean time we will probably use the vent alternative imVOX.

Now that I have set up some information, its time to discuss the tryout process.

1. Add me on xfire (braveslb) so we can talk, I need to be able to determine how loyal you would be to a new team, if I like you, then we move on to step 2.

2. If you are a rifler, you have to 1v1 me, if you are a sniper, then you get a free pass (for now)

3. If we have enough members, you will need to do multiple 5v5 scrims, if not, then congratulations, you are a team member.

-Hybrids
-2-3 good strat callers
