Refund: How long does it take?

I sent in a refund request last Friday, the day after I got my AK gold, requesting for my coupons be returned, still have not gotten my coupons back...

And yes, I did report it within 48 hours.

Anyone have gotten refunded? If so, how long did it take them =/

Be patient. If by Friday, they haven't gotten back to you, start asking again, but since it was just a holiday weekend, the GM's couldn't get to it on Sat, Sun, or Mon.

Mine was submitted on a Tuesday and I had the refund by Thursday. The support ticket got replied to but I ended up getting in touch w/ Saidin before the ticket was fully worked through.

"We hope your problem will be fixed in 1 week, please be patient"

ah my friend it took about 1 week for psg-rd
i am waiting now on 2nd week for my awm-camo refund
they promised to refund my psg-rd on feb THEY DIDNT
and now its too late

i gues its random if gm's are lazy or not

i replyed on psg-rd like 10 times xD
and i have replaed 2 times on awm camo
"its been 1 weeks how mutch long possibly?"

Can somebody tell me if i can refund my M4 Custom. I got it for 50/60 coupons w/e xD. would i need proof for this or would they have the proof... you know what i mean..

It has to be within 48 hours of the purchased, and you can only do this once per account.

Probably a week. If it takes more then 2 weeks send in a SUPPORT TICKET.

Yes lmao, but the refund only works within 48 hours of the purchase, and you send a ticket to customer support for refunds.
