waiting for ZP *buying with bankcard*

Hi i really need talk with a gm because i recharge 70k of zp 1 week ago and i havnt in the acount... i am waiting for the zp... but more time i am waiting more time without zp...!!

Pls can sameone repair my problem? i have spend 56 euros.. -.-!!
