Support Ticket Help

Hi I sent in a support Ticket yesterday night. I still haven't gotten a reply and it has been more than 24 hours. So i was just wondering how long does it usually take to get a reply from a support ticket. Also is it possible to send a PM to a GM instead of sending in a support ticket?

They usually reply within 2-3 days, be patient because there are hundreds of support tickets being sent per day.:cool:
