Recording program?

I got a question.

What recording program eats the least fps? FRAPS is good but I wonder, if there is another program that would eat less fps?

My average fps is 100-130.

Xfire i gues i have about the same FPS as u mines is in 150-210s I use Fraps and Xfire does nothing to fps prb a drop of 5-10 and about a rase of 5 on ur ping my ping is like 20-60

Free Fraps kills ur FPS down to 30 and under
Xfire kills my fps a bit
barely any. I have about 80 FPS wen i record wwith Xfire
my average FPS in a 8v8 game is 110 FPS
growler is good too

Budget, short clips = Fraps free version
No budget = Fraps full version

Get a crappy webcam and record yourself with horrid fps.
