Another way of reporting?

i know this has been talked over and over again.
fact is that gm´s can´t handle this flood of demos coming in every day. and tbh nobody can´t blame them at all. lots of angry raging qq kids sending replays...

what if the gms also accepted uploaded vids for example. yesterday i played on
a server and that guy joined at the end of the match. without a forward function in replay mode this really must be a pain in the ass. if there is a blatant hacker , why can´t we send in videos?
for example :

it just takes a few seconds and you know that the below guy , *[dice]* is cheating.
