Blackmarket: SWAT Character Prize [surprise?]

The game just crashed and I got SWAT Character in all prize slots. I took a screen shot and it said 4 crates after the spin, so it was 5. I reloaded. The game patched. I logged on and it said 3 crates so I took another screen shot. Can I have my crates back? TY.

Edit: It said patching, but there was not one. I have no clue if really got anything from the SWAT glitch and the SS of the 3 crates left is not sufficient proof of 2 lost crates but that is what I saw when I logged back on. TY, our help is appreciated.
