So far as it is only me and Aero[ju] as staff for OVOL.

I am in need of a few extra staff.

I need a forum writer (Someone who can make thread look professional, and update the brackets when needed)
and a few handymen to watch matches.

Yea, i can be staff. I can match up matches for example. You need to make seeds. Kaz vs Minty in the first round was not a good idea. It eliminated one good player at the first round. You should bracket so that worst plays best, 2nd plays 2nd worst, and so on.
