yes its free, yes it is not as same as xbxo360 which you have to pay for (but this console is sh!t)
So i rather have an awesome console with an average network (which personaly think it works great, never had any problem) than to have an awesome network with a sh!tty console that keep RROD.
Hope someone will buy mine for 50$.. i dont even think that the 360 worth that lol
