Xm1014 & spas-12

Dont buy the SPAS. There is a reason you dont see it often and thats because it SUCKS. I bought it. It fails. Dont buy it.
But the Xm on the other hand is a completely beastly shotgun. Good for GM with a reliable pistol, and if your legit like me its fun to pwn people with in S&D cause they get all pi$$y and call you hack.

the most important thing:if you want to shoot during reloading:

SPAS: there's a co.cking motion which costs time YOU CANNOT SHOOT IMMEDIATELY = bit dangerous and slowwwwwwww (well, it is real in combat, you've got to co.ck your gun b4 shooting)

(donno why 'co.ck' is banned in the forum, in military, co.ck your gun means to make your gun ready, it is the professional term, damn)


XM1014: no extra motion = you shoot immediately = OK with most people = easier
(well, it is not in real life, you've got to co.ck your gun b4 shooting)


SPAS
pros: 1 shot kill
cons: heavy

XM1014:
pros: lighter
cons: not one shot kill

if you use SPAS, you've got to calculate how you're gonna shoot and how you're gonna run and where to pick as your reloading hiding place, etc., if you use XM, basically b/c you can reload and shoot without ANY delay, and it's lighter, so you are more agile than SPAS

well, if you can always make HS, then you're OK with any guns

I found SPAS not versatile enough to provide solid kills in a variety of situations - reasons ranging from movement speed to firing rate.

Hyeh... First post on this account which happens to be completely devoted to shotguns. I personally prefer the spas because of its greater power. Maybe it's just me, but I can't stand the m1014 at all. It just seems too weak for me. Even though the m1014 has a faster firing rate and better range, I simply feel safer with my Spas.
