"Connection Has been delayed" problem

I can't able to join any game, whenever I try to join any game, its loads 50% and then its saying that the "connection has been delayed". i can't play. Please solve the problem.

yeah me too! i can't join any game. i already tried re-download and re-install and turn off my anti virus and firewall but still not working. this only started to happen after the path.
please help

Same here, was ok til last night but today I get that message and can't play a game!

Well, the patch definately ISN'T the problem, since I've been having the exact same problem for.. 2-3 weeks now? Only happens on my Desktop with Windows 7, though. >.>
