CF on other countrys

every country can have crossfire?i was thinking on crossfire in portugal with no spops scar light m12 kriss super v thompson.and the armour thing i have this ideia when you start the match you already have it! its good for all and remove the repair system,add more sd td and em maps no mutation mode no ghost mode many items to customize the chars.
