well i cba to play on uk sever 1.2.3.4 added my ping 18 brazil lagg on 214+ why not get a ping limit for those out of reach

If they say awarded, it's not Super Rewards... it's z8. Send SR a ticket asking for the transaction ID and forward that to the GM's through a ticket. It's happened to me (last time was today actually) and I can tell you this works to get you the zp. Can take 24-48 business hours tho.

If you did em, just send them a ticket and customer service gives you the zp within an hour as long as you have the appropriate confirmation emails (which you would if you finished them).
