exp+ items can be added up, check character items, you may buy them all and put them on, Beret for a major is a lot exp+ item, together with others, quite possible someone has 100% more exp, ie. double his exp gained, however, there's a cap for exp each game, I remember it is 1000 points per game, correct me if I am wrong, so for a TDM, if you have 100% more exp, if you kill more than 200, you won't get more, don't kill more than 200

I have recently gotten more than 1K exp in a game of EM Alaska. If there is a cap it's higher than that.
