Failed connection to the server

Failed connection to the server...
i open the launcher then i press start game
it loads the xtrap(gameguard) and then i wait to open the CF
so when it opens It shows me a massage "Failed to connect to server"

i have the problem qwhen the game loading task stops in the middle but there came coonection has been delayed.
